About Litigation Loop

Litigation Loop is a place to get plain-English updates on mass torts and lawsuits.

I work behind the scenes in the legal world on the intake side — talking with people, helping collect information, and guiding them through the early steps of potential cases. Every day I see how confusing the language, deadlines, and process can be if you’re not living in this world full-time.

This site is my way of translating that into normal language.

What you’ll find here

Mass torts, in plain English
What’s happening in major cases, without the legal jargon or spin.

Guides for people who already have a firm
What to expect after you sign, how communication usually works, and how to keep your potential case on track.

Guides for people still deciding what to do
How mass torts work, how they’re different from class actions, what to think about before moving forward, and practical tips on how to find a good firm and ask the right questions before you sign anything.

Resources and longer guides
I write under the name A.R. Mason for ebooks and guides. The Resources page links out to those, plus to key articles on this site.

What Litigation Loop is not

Litigation Loop is not a law firm and I’m not your attorney.
Nothing on this site is legal advice.

The goal here is to:

  • Help you understand the basics

  • Give you language and questions to bring to a real lawyer

  • Make the whole process feel a little less overwhelming

You should always talk directly with a licensed attorney about your own situation.
